When is check in/check out time?
Check in begins at 3 p.m. There is no cut off time for arrivals, but please call ahead to make arrangements for collecting your key if you plan to arrive after the office closes at 6pm.

Check out time is promptly at 11a.m. Late departure will incur a late check-out fee.

What if I arrive after the office closes?  
For late arrivals, please call in advance to arrangements.  All late arrivals must provide identification and pay in full in advance.  

What are the Lodge office hours?
Our office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. After hours emergency assistance is available by telephone.

Why do you have a "departure cleaning fee"?
All cabins are housekeeping cabins which means they are set up for your arrival and only cleaned after your departure. The fee covers a complete, thorough clean of the building/property from normal use plus a full replenishment of all supplies. 
Please read the rental agreement carefully, as there will be additional charges incurred for excessive litter and/or damage.  

What does the resort fee cover?
Our $15 boutique resort fee covers the following items:
-In-cabin coffee/tea station
-Access to Wellness Spa to include sauna and relaxation lounge with coffee/tea/snack bar
-Free wireless internet access at all resort common areas to include lodge, tasting room, wine patio, bistro and spa
-Complimentary coffee bar at Lodge
-Onsite concierge services
-24 hr. emergency cabin maintenance call line

How do I book Spa treatments?

You may call 877-745-7486, book online (at the spa menu link) or email info@paradisehillsga.com to schedule your spa services. Our spa facility is small, so please book in advance to avoid disappointment. 

What is the Spa cancellation policy?
We require a minimum of 24 hour notice to avoid a 50% cancel fee.

What is provided in the cabin kitchens?
All cabins have fully equipped kitchens with coffeemaker, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware and standard utensils. Any specialty items such as crock pots, blenders and muffin tins are not guaranteed.

What other amenities are included in the bathroom & kitchen?
We provide an initial supply of bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and dishwasher detergent. We do not service the cabin during your stay.  

Are linens provided?
Yes, we provide bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, face towels and dish towels for your use.

Are there laundry facilities on property?
No, though some larger cabins have a washer/dryer in the cabin, many of the smaller (2 bedroom and smaller) cabins do not. There is a nearby laundry facility that offers a drop & fold service if needed.

Do you provide firewood?
Yes, firewood bundles and fire starters are available for purchase at the lodge.

Are pets allowed in the cabins?
The only pets allowed are dogs, and they are allowed in most of our cabins.  Please check the individual cabin listing carefully before booking to ensure your selection is dog friendly.  There is a $15 pet fee per dog/per day, and a limit of 2 dogs per cabin.  

Is there Wi-Fi in my cabin?
There is unlimited wireless access for all guests at the Lodge and immediate surrounding common area. Not all cabins have wi-fi, please check the specific cabin details or call us before booking if wi-fi is essential during your stay!
